The Wealthview Solution Manager will play a pivotal role in both the strategic and operational aspects of WealthView solution delivery. This individual will ensure the seamless integration of technology and business processes while leading a team to innovate, develop, and maintain our core banking platform to the highest standards.What will you be doing?

  • Take full ownership of delivering WealthView solutions, aligning with strategic goals and ensuring quality across all components.
  • Collaborate with business units such as Finance, Operations, and Risk & Analytics to refine workflows and meet diverse needs with WealthView applications.
  • Gain expertise in the WealthView Banking Developer Kit (WBDK) and its custom components to enhance solution delivery.
  • Document technical designs to comply with best practices and regulatory standards.
  • Lead the full development cycle—development, testing, deployment, and maintenance—of WealthView applications, ensuring adherence to quality benchmarks.
  • Maintain agility and a growth-focused mindset, adapting to business shifts and project demands.
  • Innovate within the WealthView framework, continually seeking and applying improvements.
  • Utilize DevOps methodologies to enhance the development lifecycle.
  • Offer daily operational support for the WealthView application, maintaining system stability.
  • Ensure the programming team adheres to established development frameworks and code quality standards.
  • Work closely with vendors for system issue resolution and to attain key objectives.
  • Perform quality assurance to confirm that solutions meet high-quality standards before production rollout.
  • Provide technical guidance, mentorship, and innovation leadership to the team.
  • Foster a culture of continuous learning and development, setting performance objectives and encouraging a customer-centric approach to solution development.
  • Establish and maintain incident management protocols to support business continuity and ensure the technical architecture of solutions is current and effective.

What experience do you have?

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
  • Minimum of 7-8 years of experience in the IT industry, with at least 1-2 years as a lead for cross-functional teams.
  • Extensive knowledge in core banking platforms and CRM solutions, with a proficiency in technologies that may include, but are not limited to, CRM systems, marketing automation tools, and financial management software.
  • Proficient in a variety of programming languages with a strong foundation in C, C#, and Java-based applications, showcasing the ability to develop and manage robust, scalable software solutions.
  • Proven ability in managing performance, coaching, and mentoring with a successful track record in talent attraction, development, and retention.
  • Familiarity with agile, Scrum, Kanban, and waterfall methodologies.
  • Experience in DevOps, automation and manual testing, and business analysis processes.
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to understand end-to-end processes and impacts.
