Here, the team are seeking someone with a strong passion for life sciences, resilience, and a proactive attitude to transform new opportunities into lasting partnerships. Your role will involve identifying and securing critical business opportunities that drive transpire into long-lasting relationships for the team, working closely with the broader business development team to coach prospective leads into brand new clients.Responsibilities:

  • Identify and engage with companies in the life sciences sector to generate interest and create new business opportunities using various channels, including cold calling, email, and LinkedIn.
  • Craft tailored messages for outreach campaigns that resonate with different audiences, highlighting Impetus’ unique value.
  • Conduct strategic conversations with C-level executives, Directors, and Managers, uncovering business needs, overcoming objections, and advancing the conversation towards demo bookings.
  • Build strong, lasting relationships with prospects by leveraging your emotional intelligence and outgoing personality.
  • Adapt quickly to changing strategies and market dynamics, navigating shifts in the sales process with confidence.
  • Collaborate closely with our Sales team to qualify leads, build a robust pipeline, and drive deals forward. You’ll also work with the Marketing team on campaigns and contribute insights to strategic planning.
  • Consistently achieve and exceed activity goals, contributing to data generation and analysis for clear communication across teams.
  • Utilize lead generation tools such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator, industry publications, social media, and AI tools to enhance your efficiency and stay ahead of industry trends.

You’re a Good Fit If You Have:

  • At least 2 years of experience in the life sciences sector (pharmaceutical, medical device, biotech).
  • A strong interest in B2B tech sales, particularly in generating leads and booking demos, along with a self-motivated, curious, and resilient mindset.
  • Proven leadership experience and the ability to excel in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a talent for creating personalized outreach messages and building strong client relationships. Strong emotional intelligence and an outgoing nature are essential.
  • Proficiency in G Suite, MS Office tools, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and other professional networking platforms. Experience with CRM systems like HubSpot or Salesforce is highly valued.
  • The ability to work independently and as part of a team in a remote setting, with strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Bilingualism in English and French is an asset.
