Description We are offering a short-term contract employment opportunity for a Customer Service Representative to join our team in Boston, Massachusetts. This role primarily revolves around customer service within the call center industry, requiring excellent interpersonal communication and data entry skills.

Responsibilities:

• Handle and respond to inbound customer calls efficiently.

• Deliver high-quality customer service, addressing and resolving customer inquiries and issues.

• Enter and update customer information into the system accurately.

• Manage and monitor customer accounts, implementing necessary actions when required.

• Maintain a high level of knowledge about our products and services to better assist customers.

• Schedule appointments and follow-up calls with customers as needed.

• Utilize Microsoft Excel and Word to manage and organize data.

• Ensure all customer interactions are recorded and updated in the system.

• Collaborate with other team members to achieve overall customer service goals.

• Uphold the company’s standards and reputation through excellent customer interaction. Requirements • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word

• Experience in customer service, preferably in a call center environment

• Ability to handle inbound and outbound calls professionally

• Excellent written communication skills for email correspondence

• Experience with data entry and order entry

• Ability to schedule appointments effectively

• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle customer inquiries and complaints

• Excellent interpersonal skills for interacting with customers

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• High level of accuracy and attention to detail

• Good time management skills

• Willingness to learn new skills and adapt to changes

• High school diploma or equivalent education level

• Availability to work different shifts, including evenings and weekends if required.
