Description We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team in San Diego, California. In this role, you will be tasked with managing customer interactions, maintaining customer records, and handling customer inquiries within the finance industry. This role offers a short-term contract employment opportunity.

Responsibilities:

• Manage customer interactions in a professional and efficient manner

• Handle inbound and outbound calls, addressing customer inquiries and concerns

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records

• Process customer credit applications with precision and efficiency

• Monitor customer accounts and take appropriate action when necessary

• Utilize Microsoft Excel and Word for data entry and email correspondence

• Schedule appointments and meetings as required

• Stand at the door and scan badges as guests enter the sessions, ensuring smooth attendance tracking

• Operate handheld devices for tracking attendance

• Maintain a comfortable work environment, which may involve alternating between sitting and standing positions. Requirements • Ability to handle inbound and outbound calls effectively.

• Proven experience with call center customer service.

• Demonstrable experience in customer service.

• Proficiency in data entry tasks.

• Ability to handle email correspondence professionally.

• Proficiency in using Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word.

• Competency in order entry tasks.

• Ability to schedule appointments efficiently.

• Open to individuals without prior experience, as training will be provided.

• Ability to work well in a team and independently.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• High level of professionalism and strong customer focus.

• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.

• Problem-solving skills with a ‘can-do’ attitude.

• Must have a flexible schedule, including the ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
