Enjoy a high standard of living with low housing costs and short commutes when you live and work as a Pediatric Neurologist in Saskatchewan, the sunniest province in Canada.Job DescriptionThe Saskatchewan Health Authority (SHA) – Saskatoon and University of Saskatchewan, Department of Pediatrics, Division of Pediatric Neurology is seeking a Pediatric Neurologist to join our division. This is an exciting opportunity to practice in a hospital based group practice where you will be joining three other Pediatric Neurologists to provide both inpatient and outpatient care to the children of Saskatchewan.
Call is shared equally making a 1:4 call rota covering evenings and weekends. The number of patient clinics provided when not on call will depend on other duties but in general will range from 3-4 half day clinics per week.The new Jim Pattison Children’s Hospital (JPCH) offers state-of-the-art equipment and facilities for children, mothers and families from across our province. Centrally located on the University of Saskatchewan campus, our new children’s hospital offers brand new equipped two pediatric epilepsy monitoring units, combined new EEG and sleep lab, neonatal intensive care, pediatric intensive care, general pediatrics, pediatric emergency and ambulatory services.. The 176-bed facility provides the highest quality of care and places Saskatchewan at the forefront of research and innovation.
