- Eligibility Criteria-
- Minimum eligibility criteria is M2
- Minimum 2 year and above in same division.
- P3 or above rating in the Previous Appraisal.
- No Blackspots, Warning letters /Memo/ Behavioural issues in last 6 months.
- Skill Required-
- Flexible with work culture( WHO & WFH ) basis requirement.
- Handling OJT batches as and when required.
- Grooming new officers and achieving team SR and Complaint SR target.
- Handling queries, improving team SOQC, Conducting refresher and training sessions.
- Looking after NPS scores, recovery, NPS calling.
- Well versed with product process knowledge about Banking and Consumer durable product..
- Ability to Supervise and guide the team in absence of Team Leader.
