Job Description:

As a sales Call Center Agent for a leading utility client in Fusion CX Cebu, you will drive sales through exceptional customer interaction and service. A friendly and personable agent will build strong relationships with customers, turning them into advocates for our brand. The key responsibilities of a solution-oriented and self-motivated call center agent will include:

  • Customer Service: Must actively listen to customers, understand and assess their needs to engage the customers and prospects, and provide tailored solutions and promotions.
  • Communication: Communicate product features, benefits, and promotions clearly and effectively to the customers, answer questions, and solve concerns. Fluency in English is required, and proficiency in Spanish will be an additional advantage for the call center agent role.
  • Sales Focus: Maintain an optimistic outlook and possess a goal-oriented mindset, especially when handling different types of customer calls. Call center agents’ resilience and ability to bounce back from challenges, like losing a sale, will be key to their success.
  • Flexibility: Work comfortably on a graveyard shift and commit to a 40-hour workweek, Monday to Friday.
  • Performance Assessment: Successfully completed initial sales training and evaluation.

Job Requirements:

  • Proven work experience as a sales representative, particularly in a BPO or call center setting.
  • Experience with inbound or outbound campaigns (preferred).
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office & Excel.
  • Familiarity with Five9, along with the ability to build productive business professional relationships.
  • Highly motivated and target-driven with a proven track record in sales.
  • Excellent selling, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Strong prioritizing, time management, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to create and deliver presentations tailored to the audience’s needs.
  • Strong relationship management skills and openness to feedback.
  • At least College-level education.
