About the roleThis posts offers the opportunity to work across both undergraduate and postgraduate programmes, providing scope to develop excellence in academic practice. You will be able to demonstrate an established contribution to professional practice through engagement and leadership.Our Department has a growing team of staff who combine their academic role with clinical practice, and we are keen to engage in clinical-academic development and explore the combination of fractional posts with clinical work, with your existing employer.A key attribute will be your ability to work flexibly across our undergraduate and postgraduate nursing programmes (pre-registration and CPD), where your insight into contemporary practice (clinical or educational), will enhance student experience and learning.You will be a highly motivated individual who brings strength in education and practice, and who is looking to develop or exercise their research expertise.
