The Rehabilitation ward is a 12-bedded purpose-built modern unit on the Castle Hill Hospital site, supported by a full MDT. The service is led by a Consultant in Rehabilitation Medicine and this post represents an expansion to the Consultant medical staff numbers. Outpatient services are provided from Castle Hill Hospital and the Artificial Limb unit.Main duties of the jobThe post holder will provide additional clinical input on the acute hospital site (HRI) as part of the acute rehabilitation team and will be expected to be part of the clinical leadership of the team. The post holder will be involved in the delivery of specialist rehabilitation as part of the Major trauma centre pathway.   • MRCP(UK) or equivalent qualification
