Created in 2015 to align, lighten and modernize infrastructure, the Technology & Infrastructures (T&I) team is the backbone and the future forward arm of CBC/Radio-Canada. This role requires full-time on-site presence.

Your role

Position under rotation: day, evening, night and weekend.

Provide on-site technical support for production and broadcast-server systems, including both hardware and software, to ensure their functionality, reliability, and maintenance. Perform all tasks related to maintaining production and broadcasting equipment.

We are looking for a candidate with the following:

Qualifications:

  • College diploma (DEC) in Electronics Technology (audiovisual, telecommunications or computing systems option) or a relevant field

  • Five years’ experience performing related duties

  • Experience coordinating a work team

Skills:

  • Highly skilled at network computing

  • Very good knowledge of digital audio/video production

  • Very good knowledge of French (spoken and written)

  • Good knowledge of English, an asset
