An exciting new Customer Service Representative opportunity opened up in the Branchburg area! Ideally looking for at least 2 years of customer service experience within a corporate office setting. This opportunity is fully in office, Monday-Friday with standard full-time hours.

As the Customer Service Representative, some of your responsibilities will be to:

  • Ensure issues are followed through to resolution in a timely manner.

  • Utilize the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system to review customer history, update records, and log service requests.

  • Handle customer concerns with care, diffusing and de-escalating as needed by following established procedures.

  • Ensure customer readiness prior to delivery.

  • Schedule delivery appointments and coordinate logistics with relevant internal teams and external partners.

  • Work closely with colleagues and management to identify areas for improvement in customer service and reduce potential issues.

  • Achieve individual and team performance goals.

  • Participate in ongoing training to enhance product knowledge and industry expertise.

  • Respond promptly and accurately to incoming inquiries via phone and email.

  • Escalate complex issues when necessary.

  • Collaborate with the billing department to resolve payment-related concerns.

  • Evaluate and categorize issues based on severity and priority for reporting purposes.

    Requirements

• Possess strong customer service skills with the ability to manage customer queries and complaints professionally and effectively.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact effectively with customers and team members.

• Proven ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.

• Familiarity with CRM systems and practices is a plus.
