Lifeway is seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Part-Time Administrative Support Associate to provide vital remote administrative support. This is a remote position in the U.S. with occasional travel to Nashville for in-person team gatherings. #LI-Remote 

Responsibilities

  • Lives out Lifeway’s mission and values, showing deep commitment to Kingdom work
  • Availability to work 20-25 hours per week, during standard business hours, strongly preferred
  • Processes, verifies, and records invoices accurately and on time.
  • Maintains up-to-date records of invoices, purchase orders, and vendor payments.
  • Collaborates with departments to resolve invoice discrepancies and manage outstanding payments.
  • Assists with filing, scanning, and organizing financial documents.
  • Inputs data into accounting systems or spreadsheets.
  • Assists with general administrative duties such as phone support, email management, and scheduling.
  • Ensures confidentiality and integrity of all financial data.
  • Provides additional administrative support as needed.
  • Minimal travel, sometimes overnight

Qualifications

Education

High school diploma or equivalent, required

Associate’s degree in a related field, preferred

Knowledge, Skills, Abilities & Experiences, required

  • 1+ years of experience in administrative roles, with a focus on invoice processing preferred.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and document management.
  • Excellent time management and task prioritization skills.
  • Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills.
  • A proactive approach to self-improvement and professional growth.

Actively participating in an evangelical Christian church

Knowledge, Skills, Abilities & Experiences, preferred

  • Familiarity with accounting software or ERP systems (e.g. Oracle)
