Job Summary Job Summary Under the general direction of, and in cooperation with, the Court and Community School (CCS) Principal and the Humboldt County Office of Education’s (HCOE) Director of Foster and Homeless Youth Education Services, the Court and Community Schools Social Worker (CCSSW) will provide leadership and coordination for case management and support services to CCS students experiencing homelessness and/or students in the foster care system. This position is under the direct supervision of the Director of Prevention & Intervention Services and does not supervise other staff members. Education and Experience

Minimum Requirements:

Master’s degree in social work accredited by the Council of Social Work Education.

Two (2) years of experience with multi-disciplinary teams focused on youth and families.

Preferred Experience:

Direct learning support experience with at-risk youth.

Experience in supporting the implementation of complex programs.

Experience in supporting mental health programs.

A history of successful collaborative experience, including child welfare, mental health and probation services.
