Join us today and experience Life at Visa.Job DescriptionSupport the consulting division of Visa in advising Banks and Merchants on how to bring more sustainability into their consumer/corporate facing solutions and propositionsSupport Visa clients (Banks and Merchants) more broadly in their ESG strategy and proposition development linked to sustainabilityDrive the creation of go-to-market materials for Visa sustainability offerings for an executive audience and internal sales teamsPlay a key role in a cross-functional matrix, supporting interactions and collaboration with key stakeholders across internal Visa areas – including but not limited to: Account Executives, Advisory, and DataProvide analysis on pipeline developmentBe aware of the pipeline of sustainable solution client offerings including pricing, practice offerings and use casesBuild an ecosystem of engaged consultants within Visa in each region.This is a hybrid position. Hybrid employees can alternate time between both remote and office. Employees in hybrid roles are expected to work from the office 2-3 set days a week (determined by leadership/site), with a general guidepost of being in the office 50% or more of the time based on business needs.Qualifications– Relevant work experience with a Bachelor’s Degree or at least 2 years of work experience with an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters/ MBA/JD/MD) or PhD
Skills and Experience
– Sustainability consulting experience from one of the “Big 4” or other relevant consulting experience, ideally focussing on advising financial institutions– Experience of working in or with Banks, in advising on their consumer facing propositions and hence understanding the customer needs of Banks (ideally linked to sustainability)
– Deep understanding of and passion towards sustainability
– Knowledge and experience of the payments and/or banking industry
– Demonstrated excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to successfully promote collaboration within the practise teams
– Excellent data analysis (excel) and PowerPoint skills for creating insights and materials for an executive audience
– Experience in being part of commercial teams, with identifying opportunities and developing solutions centred around client needs
– Demonstrated experience in analysing and interpreting market research, and taking prompt, decisive action to drive for successAdditional InformationVisa is an EEO Employer.
