The Financial Division is in charge of the accounting, Financial Management & Budget, Regulatory Reporting, Financial and Strategic Steering & ALM and Tax of the US affiliates of Credit Agricole Corporate and Investment Bank.P&A is in charge of building data driven reporting and macros for the division’s users, maintain and manage the User Developed Applications, maintaining and update some referential of Finance applications, close accounting periods, provide project management and coordination.Summary

  • Project Management support to the Finance Division: assist the members of the division in the definition of their needs, follow up of implementation plans and coordination of the testing on IT Projects,
  • Provide support to Finance users on Oracle Financials, Business Object and Head-Office reporting: coordination with the IT department for improvements, assistance in developing, updating and amending automated reports for Finance Division members,
  • Maintain referential of application (signature authority)
  • The Vice President reports to Head of Projects & Administration.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support and represent Finance users in projects
  • Build finance applications under the direction of the Head of P&A using development tools available in MS Office, SQL, VBA, and Python,
  • Provide application support to Financial Division applications such as Oracle Financials, Leasequery, Business Objects, etc.
  • Perform application testing and write documentation on financial applications supported or developed.
  • The ideal candidate will demonstrate some understanding of financial division work.
  • Update the data referential in Oracle Financial
  • Close the monthly periods in coordination with the accounting department
