Our commerce platform transforms and unifies merchants’ digital and physical operations by enabling multichannel sales, expansion to new locations, global payments, financial solutions and connections to supplier networks.The NoAM Partner Marketing Specialist is a critical role on the Marketing team. You will develop and lead the strategy, creation, coordination and execution of our channel partnership marketing programs with partners across NoAM in alignment with our marketing strategy and partner sales. The role requires you to work collaboratively across multiple stakeholder groups both internally and externally, including the partner organization, sales leadership, NoAM marketing and your strategic partners.You will own the development of a scalable EMEA Marketing plan across partners, directly manage the execution of Lightspeed-led partner campaigns, support partner’s execution of demand generation and have responsibility for reporting and performance analysis to maximise impact.What you’ll be responsible for

  • Building scalable marketing plans to raise brand awareness and support demand generation programs for our distribution partner sales team in NoAM.
  • Together with the content specialist, developing and localizing partner sales enablement tools and customer-facing sales content.
  • Working cross-functionally to support partner communications, internal and external sales enablement materials – Legal, Partner Operations, Distribution Partnerships
  • Working closely with the rest of marketing org: Events, PMM, IMM, Brand (Content, Design, PR) to initiate co-marketing initiatives and report on ROI
  • Developing marketing-in-a-box campaigns, to enable partners to build brand awareness around Lightspeed and its product ecosystem.
  • Collaborating with strategic partners to develop a calendar and manage co-marketing activities such as joint partner events, webinars, blogs, case studies, masterclasses, and PR.
  • Tracking and measuring the effectiveness of the partnership marketing programmes.
  • Building and maintaining engagement with key NoAM partners
  • Providing partners with access to marketing tools and resources and ensuring Toolkit is up to date on a quarterly basis

What you’ll be bringing to the team

  • A passion for technology, B2B and for getting things done
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced and high-velocity environment
  • Experience developing partner-facing programs, communications and working within the channel and partner community
  • Experience in managing multiple partners of varied sizes to build marketing programs appropriate to their goals
  • Able to manage multiple tasks, effectively prioritize and consistently meet objectives on time
  • Proven capacity to excel in a fast-paced, multi-faceted, team environment
  • Experience in collaborating, communicating and presenting information across multiple internal and external cross-functional teams and stakeholders at all levels.
  • Well-developed interpersonal and organizational skills; detail-oriented, highly motivated and self-starter attitude.

  • Work experience in marketing within high-technology companies
  • Hospitality, retail or eCommerce B2B experience
  • Fluent in a 2nd language: German, French or Dutch
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing or equivalent experience
  • Experience working across international teams and in a multicultural environment
