Description We are searching for a diligent Customer Service Representative to join our team in the Training & Development industry. Located in New Haven, Connecticut, this role provides an opportunity to engage in a dynamic call center environment. This short-term contract position will allow you to utilize your customer service and administrative skills to build solid customer relationships and contribute to our team’s success.

Responsibilities:

• Providing accurate and timely customer service

• Processing customer credit applications with precision and efficiency

• Actively cross-selling and referring customers to support business development and client referral goals

• Maintaining comprehensive and accurate customer credit records

• Managing incoming telephone calls and ensuring all customer inquiries are resolved

• Sending out written business correspondence as required

• Monitoring customer accounts and taking appropriate action when necessary. Requirements • Possess strong customer service skills

• Have a willingness to learn and develop new skills

• Be proficient in administrative tasks and assistance

• Demonstrate excellent interpersonal and communication skills

• Show adaptability and flexibility in a fast-paced work environment
