Salary: £80 – £100 per day

This is an exciting opportunity to support students in achieving their full potential and to work in a supportive and dynamic environment.About the RoleAs a SEN Teaching Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting students with diverse needs, helping them to overcome barriers to learning and achieve their full potential. This is a fantastic opportunity to gain valuable experience in a supportive and inclusive educational environment.Responsibilities

• Providing one-on-one or small group support to students with special educational needs.
• Assisting the class teacher in creating and implementing individual education plans (IEPs).
• Supporting students in their academic, social, and emotional development.
• Helping to create a safe and inclusive learning environment.
• Collaborating with teachers, parents, and external professionals to ensure the best outcomes for students.
• Monitoring and recording students’ progress and providing feedback.

Requirements

• Previous experience as a Special Educational Needs (SEN) Teaching Assistant or in a similar role.
• A genuine passion for working with children with special educational needs.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
• Relevant qualifications or training in special educational needs is desirable.
