Collaborating across departments, the team ensures that IT assets are harmonized to maximize efficiency, security, and innovation. On any given day, the team could be integrating diverse software platforms, migrating data to create unified systems, developing streamlined processes to enhance operational workflows, or implementing robust cybersecurity measures to protect sensitive information. Their focus is on fostering synergy and driving value creation, ultimately supporting a smoother transition and empowering the newly combined organization to thrive in a competitive landscape.Let’s talk about the roleAs a Project Manager on IT M&A Integration at ResMed, you will oversee and coordinate the planning, execution, and delivery of integration projects. You will be responsible for managing the project lifecycle from initiation through to completion, ensuring that all integration projects align with organizational goals, are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including IT, business stakeholders, and third-party vendors, to drive project success and deliver high-quality integration solutions.

  • Develop detailed project plans, including scope, timeline, resources, and budget.
  • Define project objectives, deliverables, and milestones in collaboration with stakeholders.
  • Coordinate and manage project resources, including team members, technology, and external vendors.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for all project-related communications.
  • Engage with stakeholders to gather requirements, provide updates, and manage expectations.
  • Facilitate regular meetings to review project progress, address issues, and ensure alignment.
  • Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies.
  • Proactively address and resolve issues that may impact project delivery.
  • Monitor and control project risks throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Prepare and present regular project status reports to stakeholders and senior management.
  • Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including plans, reports, and lessons learned.
  • Document and track project changes and ensure proper approval processes are followed.
  • Lead and motivate project teams, ensuring effective collaboration and communication.
  • Provide guidance and support to team members to facilitate successful project outcomes.
  • Foster a positive and productive working environment.

Let’s talk about you

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in Project Management within IT.
  • Proven track record of managing complex IT integration projects successfully.
  • Experience with integration tools, methodologies, and best practices.
  • Strong understanding of IT systems, software, and integration technologies.
  • Excellent project management skills, including planning, execution, and risk management.
  • Previous stakeholder management experience
  • Proficient in project management software and tools (e.g., MS Project, JIRA, Asana).

Preferred

  • PMP (Project Management Professional) certification or similar is highly desirable.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
