We are seeking a dedicated English Teacher to deliver GCSE English at a small SEMH (Social, Emotional, and Mental Health) school in Basingstoke. The school has a strong track record of success, with 95% or higher pass rates in recent years, and is looking for a committed teacher to help maintain these high standards.Role Overview:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver high-quality GCSE English lessons, ensuring all students are on track to achieve a pass grade in Year 11
  • Adapt lessons to meet the needs of SEMH pupils, providing differentiated learning and support as required
  • Manage behaviour effectively, creating a safe and supportive classroom environment for students with additional needs
