Your Role:

As a Customer Service Representative, you’ll be the voice of the company, making a positive impact on our customers every day. Here’s what you’ll be doing:

• Connect and Communicate: Handle inbound and outbound calls daily, engaging with customers and addressing their inquiries with care and expertise.

• Support and Solve: Assist clients via phone and email, providing clear answers and guidance regarding their accounts and any questions they may have.

• Update and Organize: Maintain accurate customer records by entering new information and making necessary updates to existing accounts.

• Follow Through: Ensure customer satisfaction by following up on their needs and concerns, demonstrating our commitment to outstanding service.

  Requirements

What You Bring:

• Experience: A minimum of 2 years in customer service or a call center environment.

• Bilingual Skills: Fluency in Spanish is essential for effective communication with our diverse clientele.

• Customer Focus: A genuine passion for delivering top-notch service and helping customers.

• Communication Savvy: Excellent verbal and written communication skills that make interactions smooth and pleasant.

• Detail-Oriented: A keen eye for detail and strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently.

• Adaptable: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while keeping your composure and professionalism.
