Healthcare Call Center Representative in Melville, New York

We are currently partnered with a top medical group located in Melville, NY! They are looking to add MULTIPLE Healthcare Call Center Representatives to their team.

Responsibilities:

  • Set appointments via inbound/outbound calls from our Call Center. Heavy Call Volume at times

  • Update patient demographics and pre-register in EPIC, training will be provided

  • Capture, enter and report data accurately to management

  • Ensure services are provided in a timely manner

  • Ensure key performance indicators are met

  • Report discrepancies and identify areas of improvement to supervisors

  • Work on special projects and assignments as needed

Required Qualifications:

  • Experience working within a call center or healthcare call center setting

  • Healthcare or medical scheduling experience preferred

  • EMR experience a plus but not required
