Join us.Job SummaryWe are seeking a Senior Marketing Operations Manager with expertise in SFMC and marketing automation. You will manage end-to-end operations, including campaign execution, lead management, data governance, and reporting. Using technical and analytical skills, you’ll develop data-driven growth strategies for B2B, B2C, and B2B2C markets. You will collaborate across teams to align growth strategy, system architecture, and processes. A proactive, innovative thinker, you identify opportunities and work to exceed expectations, partnering with Product, Marketing, Sales Ops, and Analytics teams to deliver multi-channel customer journeys.Now, if you were to come on board as a Senior Marketing Operations Manager, we’d ask you to do the following for us:
- Develop and present a comprehensive Marketing Operations strategy to cross-functional teams
- Collaborate with Product, Growth, and Data teams to align marketing automation workflows with growth objectives and customer journeys.
- Lead the development and execution of marketing campaigns across email, web, and mobile channels using Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC).
- Create, optimize, and maintain customer journeys, automations, and personalized content in SFMC, including Email Studio, Automation Studio, and Journey Builder.
- Evaluate and manage the marketing tech stack to meet business needs, ensuring smooth integration of tools and platforms.
- Implement data hygiene best practices and analyze campaign performance data to drive lifecycle improvements and optimize results..

- You have 5+ years of experience in marketing operations, particularly in marketing automation for B2C and B2B (B2B2C experience is a bonus).
- You’re an expert in Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC) and have experience with Email Studio, Mobile Studio, Automation Studio, Journey Builder, and Audience Builder.
- You can translate complex business requirements into scalable, practical solutions, leveraging best practices in marketing automation.
- You have a solid understanding of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, SQL, and AMPScript, with experience in CRM and API integrations.
- You’re experienced in managing multiple projects simultaneously, with a proven track record of meeting deadlines and delivering results.
- You can build strong relationships and collaborate effectively across cross-functional teams to drive marketing success.
