Customer Service Representative in the Woodlands, Texas

Description We are hiring a Customer Service Representative to join our team in the Waste, Refuse & Environmental Waste Management industry, located in The Woodlands, Texas. As a Customer Service Representative, your role will involve handling customer inquiries, managing customer accounts, and providing excellent customer service. This role offers a short term contract employment opportunity.

Responsibilities

• Handle both inbound and outbound calls to service our customer base effectively

• Set up new customer accounts and maintain up-to-date records of existing customers

• Provide outstanding customer service and maintain a positive attitude throughout all interactions

• Use Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word to manage customer data and perform data entry tasks

• Monitor customer accounts and take appropriate action when necessary

• Ensure all customer applications are processed accurately and efficiently

• Maintain a high level of professionalism and positivity when dealing with customers

• Utilize your skills in Call Center Customer Service and Answering Inbound Calls to enhance customer satisfaction

• Act promptly to resolve any customer issues or complaints

• Collaborate with the team to ensure a unified approach to customer service. Requirements • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word

• Experience in a call center customer service environment

• Proven ability to handle inbound and outbound calls

• Excellent customer service skills

• Ability to perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently

• Knowledge of waste, refuse, and environmental waste management industry is a plus

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks

• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle customer complaints effectively

• High level of attention to detail and organizational skills

• Ability to work as part of a team and contribute to a positive work environment.
