Project Brief / Scope of Work
The project aims to develop self-paced online training modules on three topics which are Systemic Conflict Analysis, Outcome Mapping and Do No Harm.
The developed module is expected to cater individual and group training sessions and be integrated to already existing modules in the same thematic areas.
The SME/Trainer is expected to provide theoretical expertise and supervise the content of the modules to be developed.
Qualifications/ Requirements
Education/Training: Relevant education. Higher education is an advantage.
Language: English
Professional experience:
- At least 7 years of experience implementing PMEL (Planning, Monitoring, Evaluation, and Learning) approaches in peace and conflict transformation programs and projects.
- Special expertise in Systemic Conflict Analysis, Outcome Mapping, and Do No Harm methodologies.
- Has wide practical experience participatory and creative training.
Preferred Criteria:
- At least 5 years experience working with international, intercultural teams and NGOs.
- Familiarity with the Civil Peace Service.
