Job Title: Service Dispatcher
Location: DartmouthRandstad, is currently recruiting for a dispatcher position on behalf of one of our clients in Halifax NS. -On-Site positionResponsibilities
-Ensuring that all dispatched service requests are complete with all the information necessary as they are routed to a qualified technician to for service delivery
-Provides telephone service to our customers
-Registering and validating their service and install requests
-Booking appointment in case the Customer requires it
-Assign service requests to techs
-Updating systems for Ticket and tech tracking and Tech resource management
-Monitor and address alerts and escalations
-Other duties as requiredQualifications
-Must be able to analyze customer needs and take appropriate action to resolve customer issues in an efficient and timely manner.
-Previous experience in a dispatch role is required
-Tech savvy
-Customer service experience required
-Team Player
-Good knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook etc.)Summary
