Pay: 86,000- 138,000

What you will do

The Kenvue Canada Supply Chain team is currently recruiting for a lead eCommerce to support the Canadian eCommerce business. The successful candidate will be a core member of the Canadian Connected Commerce team. This position reports to the Director of Supply Chain (Deliver).

Key Responsibilities

Actively participate in the Canadian Commercial Connected Commerce Team

  • Develop and implement supply chain strategies that support commercial initiatives and accelerated growth in eCommerce

  • Participate in joint planning sessions with core customers to drive end-to-end joint value

Build relationship within eCommerce Customers and US Deliver Ecommerce Team

  • Identify and build relationship with Supply Chain/Operational managers at key eCommerce customers

  • Actively engage in eCommerce projects lead out of the US leading and adapting for Canada where appropriate

  • Build ecommerce knowledge by engaging with external resources

Build relationships across Supply Chain within Canada and globally (US, EMEA, ASIA/PAC)

  • Partner with Demand Planning to build an integrated S&OP forecast.

  • Partner with Supply Planning to bring ecommerce initiatives to life e.g., NPI readiness, ecommerce ready packaging, pack testing

Build capability within Deliver Canada by thinking BOLD

  • Identify and implement automation where appropriate to drive efficiencies from order to cash

  • Identify and find innovative solutions to unlock opportunities to drive growth, e.g. Drop Ship and Direct to Consumer Capability

Qualifications

What we are looking for

Required Qualifications

  • A university degree (MBA an asset)

  • A minimum of 5 years combined experience in at least 2 of the following areas: customer supply chain planning, demand planning, eCommerce, customer development, or analytics, in relevant industry.

  • Strong interpersonal, partnering skills, collaboration competencies, within and across organizations. Demonstrated ability to cultivate strong business relationships.

  • Proven leadership, analytical and critical thinking abilities.

  • Results and performance driven with bias for action.

  • Big picture, BOLD, unconstrained thinking: a bias to challenge the status quo, seeking areas of improvement to create growth and joint value for the customer.

  • Agile thinking, self-starter, ability to thrive in ambiguity and a fast-paced environment

  • Strong technical skills: SAP, MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word and Access) and ability to quickly learn other customer specific proprietary systems.

Preferred Experiences:

  • Experience in CPFR/business forecasting in a CPG environment is an asset.

  • Process Excellence / Six Sigma – Green Belt / Lean Manufacturing is an asset

Whats in it for you

  • Annual base salary for new hires in this position ranges from $86,000.00 to $138,000.00. This takes into account a number of factors including work location, the candidates skills, experience, education level & other job-related factors.
