So, if you get excited about making a real difference as part of a winning team like we do, we want to hear from you.The Headlines:Reporting to the Director of Sales – Prairies, the Sales Planning Analyst will be part of the Prairies Commercial Team. The person will be responsible for analyzing and building winning recommendations to optimize product supply and in-store conditions for the three Prairies Provinces and territories, in collaboration with Molson Coors field sales & Key Account teams. The person will manage and deliver against various financial and volumetric targets to help deliver the total Prairies sales plan. The person will also use their intuition, problem solving abilities and collaboration skills to unlock future growth opportunities within the Prairies market through various cross-functional initiatives. The successful candidate will need to demonstrate a passion for problem solving through analysis.The Responsibilities:

  • Employ advanced analytics, modelling and regression techniques to optimize sales in a regulated, constraint driven sales environment
  • Leverage business intelligence, customer programming and promotional plans to optimize customer ordering and stock levels
  • Develop insights & recommendations to improve sales performance in collaboration with Key Accounts sales, revenue management and customer investment teams
  • Work with fellow Sales team members, supply planning, demand planning and customer contacts to delivery district sales and share performance targets

The Other Qualifications!

  • University Degree in Math, Computer Science, Engineering, or Finance
  • Preferred, 2+ years of previous work experience in Advanced Analytics, Sales, Customer Service or Distribution and Logistics Experience
  • Superior Microsoft Excel modelling skills
  • Knowledge and understanding of predictive modelling, computer programming, big data/AI principles, tools & technologies
  • Creative thinker, who is constantly finding new ways to solve complex & ambiguous problems.
  • Effective communicator, cross functional partner, skilled at relationship building
  • Flexible team player who maintains a positive mindset in the face of uncertainty
  • Excellent analytical thinking skills. We expect our team members to learn quickly and adapt new solutions to business problems.
  • Interest and passion for our industry and its evolution. This includes someone who is interested in solving new customer problems, developing new of ways of working and discovering new market opportunities
