Customer Service Representative in Green Valley, Arizona

Description We are offering a short-term contract employment opportunity for a Customer Service Representative in the industry located in Green Valley, Arizona, 85614, United States. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining customer accounts, processing payments, and resolving customer inquiries with the utmost efficiency and accuracy.

Responsibilities:

• Accurately process customer payments through credit or debit cards

• Efficiently handle and resolve customer inquiries

• Maintain and manage customer accounts ensuring up-to-date and accurate records

• Utilize MS Office and Excel to manage customer data and processing invoicing

• Provide exceptional customer service in all interactions

• Work part-time from Monday to Friday, ensuring availability and responsiveness during working hours

• Continuously strive to enhance the customer experience by identifying and implementing improvements in service processes

• Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless service delivery and consistent customer experience

• Adhere to all company policies and procedures in performing duties. Requirements • Minimum of 2 years experience in a customer service role

• Proficient in using various tools and software for customer service

• Demonstrated ability to resolve customer service issues effectively and efficiently

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously

• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail

• Demonstrated ability to work effectively as part of a team

• High level of professionalism and ability to maintain confidentiality

• Flexibility to work in different shifts, including weekends and holidays

• High school diploma or equivalent education level

• Proficiency in English language, both written and spoken
