Customer Service Representative in Colorado Springs, Colorado

Description

We are currently seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our client’s team on a temp to hire basis. The successful candidate will be the primary point of contact for our customers, directly influencing our customer satisfaction and customer retention levels.

Responsibilities:

• Handle customer inquiries and complaints via phone, email, or social media.

• Provide information about our products and services.

• Process orders, forms, and applications.

• Maintain customer records by updating account information in the database.

• Manage customer accounts and file documents.

• Follow company policies and procedures, particularly in regards to customer service.

• Work closely with the team to improve the overall customer experience.

  Requirements

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in a customer service role.

• Proficiency in using computers and related software.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to handle stressful situations and difficult customers professionally.

• Detail-oriented and capable of multitasking.

• Problem-solving skills and the ability to think under pressure.

• A positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers.
