Job Description:

The Call Center Operator position would be responsible for answering calls received by the various hotlines at the National Center for Disaster Fraud. They would also engage in data entry for non-phone complaints. 

Job Responsibilities:

Answer incoming hotline calls and input data into the proper database. (75%)

Input non-phone complaints and input the information into the proper database. (25%)
