Job Description
Insight Global seeks a Senior Service Representative to join the Payment Services Team for one of the Top Canadian Banks. This Individual needs to have 2-3 years of experience as a service representative and knowledge of RESP accounts (Registered Education Saving Plan). This ideal Individual will check and reconcile information and documentation to ensure accuracy and completeness. They will need to know the risks and regulatory requirements and have excellent customer service skills.

Skills and Requirements

2-3 years of relevant experience dealing with registered & payment services or relevant experience

Good Knowledge of RESPs (Registered Education Saving Plans)

Knowledge of the risk and regulatory requirements of the business

PC skills (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

Very comfortable communicating with clients and senior management

Previous experience using the ADP Broadridge application -Previously worked with Private wealth or BMO private wealth null
