  • Position: Graduate Humanities Academic Mentor
  • Qualifications: Must hold a degree in Geography, History, Philosophy, Politics, Law, Theology, Religion, or Sociology
  • Academic Requirements: A 1st or 2:1 degree is preferred
  • Experience: Prior experience is welcome but not essential—what matters is your passion for the subject and working with young people

Graduate Humanities Academic Mentor | Job Role

  • Earn £500-£540 per week in a full-time, long-term role (Monday-Friday, 8:30am-3:30pm)
  • Support students across Key Stages 3, 4, and 5, utilizing your expertise to guide them toward academic success
  • Work within a school that’s been rated ‘Outstanding’ by Ofsted, where high standards and a positive environment are key
  • Participate in a bespoke professional development scheme designed to build your skills in education
  • Assist in general classroom support, lead small group and 1:1 sessions, and provide pastoral care
  • Benefit from opportunities to transition into fully paid teacher training by September 2025
