Position Summary 

We are looking for a Customer Insights Intern based at our Montreal for the months of May 2025 to August 2025. 

A day in the life of a Customer Insights Intern

As a Customer Insights Intern, you will have the opportunity to support the Customer Insights team in various ways, including conducting in-depth analyses of customer behavior and consumption. You will work closely with the B2C marketing team as well as other key departments such as commerce and e-commerce. Your contribution will be essential in providing valuable insights about customers, enabling informed decision-making and the development of effective strategies. Through your work, you will actively contribute to enhancing the customer experience and driving business growth.

You will also:

  • Develop dashboards to track KPIs, facilitate decision-making, and fully leverage the potential of data.
  • Conduct in-depth analyses to address internal clients’ inquiries about customer behavior, taking into account their needs and ensuring data quality.
  • Enhance data quality by implementing collection, validation, and normalization processes to ensure accurate and reliable analyses.
  • Support internal clients in acquisition or retention projects by providing insights and recommendations based on conducted analyses.
  • Contribute to simplifying information sharing and data communication to facilitate understanding by internal clients.
  • Collaborate with the entire team on ad hoc tasks to support customer analysis initiatives and marketing strategies.

You also have:

  • Enrolled in a undergraduate or graduate program with a specialization in Analytics/Business Intelligence/Marketing.
  • Bilingualism in English and French is required to collaborate with stakeholders in the Canadian or global market.
  • Excellent proficiency in computer software such as PowerPoint, Word, and Excel.
  • Proficiency in a data visualization tool such as Power BI or Tableau.
  • Knowledge of SQL and the Adobe platform is an asset.
  • Demonstrated communication and project management skills.
  • Ability to adapt quickly to changing situations and proactively tackle challenges.
  • Detail-oriented and results-driven, with strong analytical skills.
  • Excellent understanding of data visualization tools and the ability to translate data into recommendations.
  • Collaborative work style with different departments within a multidisciplinary team.
