Job Description Summary
The Remote Site Operations Lead is responsible for delivering remote facilities services as part of C&W’s Remote Site Management service capability within C&W’s Manila based Portfolio Services Centre. C&W’s Remote Site Management service provides virtual and remote operational support and facilities coordination services for our client’s sites and operations across the APAC Region.
Job Description
About the Role:
- Provide assistance to the on-site Facilities Management team to ensure timely and quality service delivery of requests.
- Manage the performance and oversee the day-to-day operations of the Remote Site Management Team in Manila
- Provide leadership for the operations including planning, coordination and oversight of the work group’s activities. Responsible and accountable for overseeing team operations / activities.
- Build and maintains a skilled, committed, and high-performing work team.
- Drive for superior quality assurance results by monitoring quality assessments results, conducts quality calibrations and reviews metrics.
About You:
- College/Bachelor’s degree in a related discipline or equivalent
- Must have at least 3 years Facilities Management and remote site operational exposures in a senior/lead role.
- Highly proficient in spoken and written English. Has the ability to build rapport, demonstrate empathy and outline key steps in delivering good customer service.
- Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to comprehend, solution and act on presented customer concern or problem.
- Preferably with familiarity in BPO set-up. Has experience working with 3rd party vendors.
