Your focus is on Semiconductor Payload Projects – designing cutting-edge RF cavity systems central to their mission of advancing sustainable space manufacturing.Responsibilities include…
- Collaborate with the payload systems team to design and develop RF resonance cavity components for semiconductor payloads.
- Create precise CAD models and detailed manufacturing drawings using Siemens NX.
- Define and refine the physical and dimensional specifications of resonance chambers to maximise energy wave efficiency.
- Support manufacturing with Design for Assembly (DFA) and Design for Manufacturing (DFM) processes, ensuring a smooth transition from prototype to production.
Experience we are most interested in…
- Proven expertise in mechanical design, specifically in RF resonance cavity design.
- Proficiency in CAD modeling (Siemens NX preferred).
- Strong understanding of RF principles and hands-on experience with RF generators, electromechanical magnets, or radiation antennas.
Desirable – Knowledge of systems engineering requirements and practices. This role is ideal for individuals with several years of hands-on RF design experience or advanced research experience in RF resonance and microwave generation, such as postdoctoral work.If you’re ready to contribute to a mission-focused team in space manufacturing, we’d love to hear from you!
