To learn more about our purpose, culture, and priorities, visit our .Within our consult business, we harness our unique combination of leading-edge practical expertise and project delivery consultancy to unlock the potential in every project.Our values shape the way we consult and define the people we want to join us on our journey, they are:Safety first – Going home safe and wellClient focus – Deliver on our promiseIntegrity – Always do the right thingCreate opportunity – For our people to excelYou’ll be responsible for:Assist the organizational development & collaborative manager with consulting advice and support on: organization development, developing high performing teams, team chartering, embedding collaborative culture, executive coaching, team coaching & leadership development and talent management.Assist the organizational development & collaborative manager develop and deliver: collaborative behaviors 12-month plan, high performing teams material, high performing teams workshops (6 total) & organizational development management plan.Monitor how the above accountabilities and responsibilities are received by the IPDT and make the necessary amendments, including the exclusion of some deliverables if required.Any additional duties, as deemed necessary to support the deliverables and key activities during annual service plan (ASP).You’ll need to have:Strong organizational skills with particular focus on identifying gaps in org structures and providing solutions to resolve them.Proficient scope writing capability.Ability to present to large groups and promote project objectives and rhetoric.Excellent communication skills (written & verbal), with demonstrated ability to present in person.You’ll also have:Experience of collaborative projects and agreements.15 years of experience.Bachelor’s degree in communication or education or equivalent experience.Project Management or Professional business qualification is necessary.Mace is an inclusive employer and welcomes interest from a diverse range of candidates.
