Description We are offering a permanent employment opportunity for a Customer Service Representative in Danvers, Massachusetts, United States. As a Customer Service Representative, your role will revolve around handling customer queries, maintaining customer data, and providing quote details to customers in a timely and efficient manner.

Responsibilities:

• Respond to customer inquiries promptly and professionally

• Maintain up-to-date and accurate customer records

• Provide customers with precise quote information as needed

• Answer incoming phone calls and provide assistance as required

• Utilize Office tools to perform tasks and maintain records

• Monitor customer accounts and take necessary actions when needed. Requirements • Minimum of 1 year experience in a customer service role

• Proficient in using office productivity tools including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to handle and resolve customer inquiries and complaints effectively and efficiently

• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically

• High level of patience and professionalism when dealing with challenging situations

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously

• Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and procedures

• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage time effectively

• Demonstrated ability to work both independently and as part of a team

• Flexibility to work in shifts, over weekends, and on holidays if needed

• High school diploma or equivalent; higher degree from a recognized institution is a plus.
