Description

We are seeking a customer-oriented Call Center Representative to join our expanding team. The individual will play a pivotal role in delivering exceptional support to our customers over the phone. The candidate should be patient, empathetic, and passionately communicative.

Responsibilities:

• Manage incoming calls and customer service inquiries.

• Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve a high level of satisfaction.

• Meet personal/customer service team sales targets and call handling quotas.

• Build sustainable relationships and trust with customers through open and interactive communication.

• Handle complaints, providing appropriate solutions and alternatives within time limits; follow up to ensure resolution.

  Requirements

Requirements:

• High School Diploma or equivalent qualification.

• Proven customer support experience or experience in a call center.

• Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening.

• Familiarity with CRM systems and practices.

• Excellent communication and presentation skills.

• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
