As Production Support Configuration Analyst for Property and Casualty Insurance Solutions, you contribute to IT efficiency in operational mode. More specifically, you will be required to :Define, update and produce technical documentation, and implement functional and configuration changes for our solutions and processes to ensure their sustainability. Prepare and provide peer and business partner training and support as neededCollaborate and/or manage simple to complex incidents or problems under your responsibility. Upon request, analyze them, determine their causes and/or follow up on problems from incidentsActively help develop or execute execution/testing strategies and/or configure or correct software while applying configuration, data management and security best practicesCocreate with business partnersLead software package installations and testing as well as in-house application deployment. Design, configure, administer, maintain and upgrade our solutions while ensuring stable growth in use of existing softwareCollaborate, as a specialist, on the feasibility or detailed design of our solutions and liaise with and follow up with external providers when requesting servicesAdvise and guide the team by recommending different application alternatives aligned with the architectureIdentify opportunities for improvement.
