Description

We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team in the Real Estate & Property industry, based in Tustin, California. As a Customer Service Representative, your role will involve handling customer inquiries, managing customer accounts, and ensuring the accurate and efficient processing of customer applications. This role offers a long-term contract employment opportunity. This role is hybrid and required to work a 5:00AM-1:30PM shift PST.

Responsibilities:

• Handle and resolve customer inquiries professionally and promptly.

• Efficiently process customer applications related to real estate and property matters.

• Keep track of customer accounts and ensure their proper management.

• Maintain and update customer records accurately.

• Utilize Microsoft Excel and Word for data entry and email correspondence.

• Manage high volumes of inbound calls while providing excellent customer service.

• Identify and resolve any errors in customer accounts.

• Utilize your skills in account management to ensure customer satisfaction.

Requirements • The candidate should have a strong background in answering inbound calls, demonstrating the ability to handle high call volumes.

• Proven experience in customer service is essential, with a focus on delivering excellent service to all clients.

• Proficiency in data entry is required, ensuring accurate and efficient input of information.

• Experience in email correspondence is vital, showcasing excellent written communication skills.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is necessary, highlighting the ability to manage, analyze, and present data effectively.

• Knowledge of Microsoft Word is essential, demonstrating the ability to create detail-oriented documents and reports.

• Experience in account management is crucial, displaying skills in managing client relationships and expectations.

• The ability to resolve errors in a timely and efficient manner is necessary, showing a strong problem-solving aptitude.
