As a result of this success they are looking to expand their team, increasing the technical skillset of the team with a Technical Development Agronomy Manager.You will be a key figure in the business, working closely with the Research and Development Manager, trials and commercial teams to include the Commercial Director and Sales Managers.You will:
- Manage and build a portfolio of farming customers- providing agronomic advice, sales and support on fertilisers and bio stimulants.
- Develop relationships with distributors and independent agronomists, providing advice and support where required.
- Prepare and implement technical development plans, ensuring the product range is at the forefront of technology.
- Technical training, internally and externally to include speaking at events, conferences and exhibitions.
You will need:
- A degree at BSc or above in a relevant qualification.
- FACTS and BASIS are highly desirable.
- Experience of advising and selling relevant products out on farm.
- Exceptional technical understanding of agronomic practices, crop nutrition and crop products.
