Description We are offering a contract for a Customer Service Representative position based in Billerica, Massachusetts. The role is focused on the customer service sector where you will be a part of a team that handles client issues and orders.

Responsibilities:

• Accurately process high volumes of customer orders and ensure they are tracked appropriately in the system.

• Act as a key member of the customer service team, assisting with the resolution of client issues.

• Enter and maintain precise data records related to customer orders.

• Communicate effectively with clients about lead times and other relevant information.

• Make informed decisions about escalating issues when necessary.

• Oversee customer accounts and take the required actions to ensure customer satisfaction.

• Handle customer inquiries and resolve them in a timely and efficient manner.

• Manage and process customer credit applications.

• Maintain accurate records of customer credit information. Requirements • Proven experience in a Customer Service role, demonstrating excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

• Proficient knowledge of Purchase Orders, including their creation, management, and execution.

• Familiarity with shipping procedures, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of products.

• Exceptional interpersonal skills, with the ability to empathize with customers and provide satisfactory solutions.

• Strong organizational skills, adept at managing multiple tasks simultaneously and meeting deadlines.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, maintaining a high level of professionalism and efficiency.

• Computer literacy, comfortable using various software applications related to customer service and order processing.

• High school diploma or equivalent; higher degree from a business school will be appreciated.

• Proficient in English, both written and verbal. Knowledge of additional languages will be considered a plus.

• Demonstrated ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
