Adecco is currently assisting one of its clients in their search for a Customer Service Representative in Jacksonville, FL !

Pay rate: $ 18.51/hr

Shift availability: Mon – Fri, 8a -5p (hybrid)

The primary responsibility of this position will be to address client inquires and requests via inbound and outbound phone calls. Phone calls may require additional action at point of call including, but not limited to, leaving detailed call notes, updating all applicable systems, performing full verbal verification via LexisNexis, manually sending documents and instructions to clients as needed, and entering requests into the Service Request Portal.

Our ideal candidate must have/must be able to:

  • Answering client calls and email inquiries while processing various assignments

  • Multitasking while communicating with clients and branch offices via phone

  • Adhering to strict schedule for phone support.

  • Conducting outreach in effort to reunite abandoned clients with their assets

  • Performing regular account maintenance, including document review, to ensure accuracy

Education/Certification Requirements:

  • High School Diploma

Experience requirements:

  • 1+ years of call center/contract center experience

  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment

  • Proficient with de-escalating situations

  • Excellent analytical skills

  • Intermediate MS Office Suite skills

  • Strong communication skills

Note:

This role is onsite, must reside near/in Jacksonville, FL

Pay Details: $18.51 per hour
