We are seeking a driven, an internationally oriented, ambitious yet collegial scholar who will contribute to research within the Information Systems Management and Analytics (ISMA) group.This search is an opportunity to further enhance our ambition to be one of the top information systems and analytics groups, where intellectual leadership is highly valued. The ISMA faculty focuses on digital innovation in all its guises (including AI and algorithmic transformation, digital and crowd sourcing, Financial technologies and platforms, digital technology and the changing nature of work and society, and ethical, privacy and sustainability issues related to the use of AI in business) as well as business analytics (including all aspects of the lifecycle of data from the creation and storage of data through using data to support learning and prediction using AI and machine learning through to using data prescriptively to support automation, decision-making and inform policy). ISMA group currently runs two successful master’s programs, Management of Information Systems & Digital Innovation and Business Analytics with a new master’s program in Financial Technologies offered from 2025/26.About YouThe successful candidate will have experience in academia commensurate with the level to which they are applying and have the ability to publish consistently in leading research journals. They will have gained a PhD in a relevant field for Associate level, or be near completion at Assistant level. In addition, the successful candidate will have a proven record in successful teaching and for associate applicants, they will also have curriculum development experience that demonstrates their ability to provide our students with an impactful learning experience.
