We’re on the lookout for a Project Development Manager to join our team at the Langley Customer Solutions Center. The Project Development Manager is paid a base salary plus commissions. While there’s always more to a role than words, here’s the core of what you’ll be doing: driving new business and generating leads in Langley and Vancouver areas. In this role, you’ll be at the forefront of our growth, bringing in new clients and accounts, and building a stronger customer base for our company.Your mission? Make sure our new customers feel valued, and their needs and expectations are not just met, but exceeded. You’ll also be the one to spot and pursue fresh business opportunities, ensuring nothing falls through the cracks.Here’s what your day-to-day might look like as a Project Development Manager:Driving New Business Opportunities

  • Build business with existing customers, aiming to exceed sales targets while strengthening relationships.
  • Engage with key customer contacts to identify new needs and opportunities within your territory.

Marketing & Customer Engagement

  • Represent All Weather at events like trade shows and home builder functions to promote our brand and build customer connections.
  • Continuously deepen product knowledge through training and engage customers with exceptional service in our showrooms
  • Deliver a positive service experience by understanding and meeting each customer’s unique needs.

Customer & Project Management

  • Oversee quoting and consult on projects, ensuring the best product fit for customer requirements.
  • Negotiate agreements to maximize profit while maintaining customer trust, and manage timelines and expectations professionally.

  • Preferred education in marketing, communications, sales, or business; equivalent experience considered.
  • Architectural design knowledge and the ability to read engineering drawings are assets.
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to adapt to customer needs.
  • Proven adaptability, attention to detail, and the ability to manage change under pressure.
  • Strong communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills to build rapport and close deals.
  • Proficiency in ERP/CRM systems for managing leads, customer records, and forecasting.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office Suite
  • Valid Class 5 driver’s license with a clear abstract; satisfactory completion of pre-employment drug & alcohol testing required.

Sales & Customer Management

  • Ability to deliver impactful sales presentations and product demos, highlighting value and ROI.
  • Effective organizational and time management skills to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Demonstrated ability in account management, maintaining high customer satisfaction and leveraging relationships with key decision makers.
  • Deep knowledge of All Weather products and consultative selling skills to provide tailored solutions.
