Your tasks at a glance

• You will participate in the month-end closing.
• You calculate accruals at month-end and ensure that all postings are accurate.
• You are in charge of the fixed assets for your line of business.
• You prepare month-end package for the entities you are in charge of and analyze variances.
• You collaborate with other Finance departments.
• You participate in the improvement and optimization of various processes and the implementation of new tools.
• You act as a support during audit and year end processes.
• You are a support on acquisitions, data importations and understanding of other unusual situations.
• You contribute to the various ad hoc projects and requests.

A clear view of your assets

• You have a college diploma (D.E.C.) in accounting or an equivalent.
• You have at least 4-5 years of experience in a similar position.
• You have an intermediate knowledge of Excel (VLOOKUP, pivot tables, etc.).
• You are able to work in a team and independently.
• You are bilingual (French and English).
• You have a good knowledge of accounting standards.
• You have experience working in a multi-company environment, an asset.
• A knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics Navision and Solver BI360, an asset.
