Your tasks at a glance
- You will participate in the month-end closing.
- You calculate accruals at month-end and ensure that all postings are accurate.
- You are in charge of the fixed assets for your line of business.
- You prepare month-end package for the entities you are in charge of and analyze variances.
- You collaborate with other Finance departments.
- You participate in the improvement and optimization of various processes and the implementation of new tools.
- You act as a support during audit and year end processes.
- You are a support on acquisitions, data importations and understanding of other unusual situations.
- You contribute to the various ad hoc projects and requests.
A clear view of your assets
- You have a college diploma (D.E.C.) in accounting or an equivalent.
- You have at least 4-5 years of experience in a similar position.
- You have an intermediate knowledge of Excel (VLOOKUP, pivot tables, etc.).
- You are able to work in a team and independently.
- You are bilingual (French and English).
- You have a good knowledge of accounting standards.
- You have experience working in a multi-company environment, an asset.
- A knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics Navision and Solver BI360, an asset.
