Customer Service Representative Location: Union City, CA Pay Range: $20–$24 per hour Are you passionate about delivering exceptional customer service? We are looking for a Customer Service Representative to join our small but dynamic call center team in Union City, CA. Responsibilities

  • Handle 40 customer calls and 40 emails daily, providing prompt and professional responses.

  • Assist customers with RX status inquiries, clarifying information, researching solutions, and providing accurate updates.

  • Manage customer inquiries via telephone and email, ensuring satisfaction and timely resolution.

  • Conduct inside sales, building relationships and supporting customer needs.

  • Perform data entry tasks efficiently with a typing speed of at least 40 words per minute.

Skills and Qualifications

  • Proficiency in data entry and excellent typing skills (40+ WPM).

  • strong verbal and written communication skills.

  • Ability to multitask and manage high volumes of customer interactions.

  • Experience in a call center environment is a plus but not required.
