With the power of many curious minds, together we can solve the world’s most complex challenges and deliver more impact together.Job DescriptionOur Global Architecture & Urbanism Division combines the expertise of IBI’s Buildings and Placemaking practice, our Arcadis’s Places capabilities, and CRTKL’s multi-sector design leadership to offer a diverse range of solutions focusing on human-centric design, sustainability, and technology.Arcadis is seeking high-caliber Project Managers with experience in managing the delivery of professional advisory and technical services, working in conjunction with Architects and other professional design teams within the Living, Workplace, Education, Retail, Transit, Healthcare, Mission Critical and Industrial Facilities practice groupsRole accountabilities:
- Ultimately responsible for achieving the project objectives
- Lead project design and technical teams in the safe delivery of projects to meet client and Arcadis desired project outcomes, notably scope, time, budget and quality
- Implement and manage effective financial and project controls to enable monitoring, management and forecasting
- Mentor project team members to increase commercial acumen
- Drive project performance and commercial outcomes
- Work collaboratively with technical and design leads
- Build trusted relationships with colleagues, clients and other project stakeholders
QualificationsFirst and foremost, you share our passion for improving quality of life. You are an experienced project management professional and demonstrable credibility in a consulting environment. You will come to us with:
- Proven ability to effectively organise, plan and execute architecturally lead projects (or similar)
- Sound project management experience within any of the above noted practice group architectural typologies (or similar)
- PMP Certification required
- Strong team leadership and collaboration skills
- Demonstrable commercial capability, including contract administration, risk management and change management
- Proficient in program development and management
- A focus on building collaborative and influential relationships both internally and externally
- Affiliation to professional project management body is required
