This is a lab based role (~70% of the time)What you’ll doWork closely with a cross-disciplinary R&D team of Biologists, Chemists, Engineers and Material Scientists to support process development activities.​​Design and develop experiments and methods for product characterisation​Provide support to ensure laboratory compliance to Environment Health & Safety regulations​​Balance your workload across multiple development projects.​​​Write reports and interrogate data generated from various analytical methods.​Help develop the Fibro technology platform and launch new products.Help to follow up post-product launch with Customer Care activities.Will be responsible for maintaining quality standards throughout all lab processes.​​Prepare and present data internally in the form of presentations, technical reports, memos and eLNs.​Who you are​​Hold a bioscience-based PhD (Biochemistry, Chemical Engineering, Biochemical Engineering or similar) with 3+ years of industrial experience​You will have experience in tech transfer and/or analytical method validationYou will be able to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, and sticking to critical project timelines​​Demonstrable understanding of chromatography unit operations, including scale-up​​​Confident participating and presenting in teams within a matrix environment​Experience in developing new methods​​Organised, self-starting, innovative, collaborative and hardworking​Who we areWhatever your role, we bring purpose and challenge into our everyday work.
